Bed & full English breakfast single: £49.65 + VAT (EEF member rate: £45.25 + VAT)
Bed & full English breakfast twin: £37.60 + VAT per person (EEF member rate: £34.50 + VAT per person)
3-course table d’hote dinner and coffee: £22.75 + VAT

2008 weekend bed & breakfast rates:

Bed & full English breakfast single: £52.75 incl. VAT
Bed & full English breakfast twin: £40.00 incl. VAT per person
Dinners from £18.15 incl. VAT and coffee

Barley Lodge

The lodge is immaculately maintained with a spacious well-furnished guest lounge and licensed bar. By the bar is a pool table and dartboard. French windows open out onto a patio with garden furniture overlooking a well-stocked pond and mature gardens. Plus there’s a drying room on hand to complement the worst of the British climate!

Bedrooms

21 en suite bedrooms are equipped with bath, shower, direct dial telephone, clock radio alarm, remote control colour TV, tea/coffee tray, hairdryer, data point and bathroom toiletries. A further bedroom is DDA compliant, including a wet room for easy access. An iron and ironing board are available on request. The lodge can accommodate up to 42 guests in total.

Catering

Lunches and dinners can be provided according to your budget and requirements. For example, in the summer, a barbecue might be your preferred choice to round off a busy day. All our food is freshly prepared on site and a selection of wines is available in the restaurant

Close by, Rutland Water, a major European nature conservation site, provides a wealth of outdoor activities, including cycling, sailing and bird watching. The charming historic market towns of Oakham, Uppingham and Stamford are all within 15 minutes drive and Burghley House, which hosts the famous annual 3-day equestrian event, is within easy reach.
